Everything was nice at this hotel, exceptionally kind staff. Plenty of options for breakfast in the bar. Nice view, a big balcony, super bed, too. Property offered candy in the reception.

The staff were wonderful, the room was fashioned and I truly enjoyed particularly good location. Huge suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. There was lots of appetising meals. Free parking was on site, decent service. I had a fairly nice stay, thank you so much!

The place was fairly clean, staff was very professional! All-inclusive room for adults was reasonably large. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Playa del Carmen.

the staff were professional, the location beautiful and the room very modern. breakfast was satisfying, good choice of options. room was really big and amenities included a mini-bar, central heating and ironing facilities. the service was all in all outstanding.
